RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM
IMPA has secured a block of discounted hotel rooms at the Gateway Hotel with special pricing of $149 (+ tax) per night, available through January 21, or while inventory lasts. Reserve your room online or call 800-FOR-AMES (800-367-2637) and ask for a room in the Iowa Meat Processors Association block.
Newly renovated sleeping rooms are comfortable and stylish. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker, and more.
CURED MEATS COMPETITION
The Cured Meats Competition will take place on Saturday of the Convention. Competitors receive valuable feedback on their products from meat scientists and specialists in the meat industry, and winning businesses take home plaques to help market their accomplishments. All products will be registered on site using the AAMP system for $20 each. Convention registration and IMPA membership are required to compete.

ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR REGISTRATION
You may edit your completed registration online by Setting Up Your Account with the email address provided for your payment details. This is a great way to add or update attendees, meal tickets, etc. While add-ons such as meal tickets can be removed from your order through January 21, your base ticket cannot be canceled.
IMPA Members enjoy UNLIMITED attendees with their Processor/Operator registration. Non-member registrations include one attendee with the option to add additional attendees for $50 each. Non-members and those who have yet to renew for 2026 may add a membership to their registration.
Displayed booth prices reflect the IMPA Member Discount of $175 per standard booth and $350 per extra-large booth. Non-members and those who have yet to renew for 2026 may add a membership to their registration to access member savings.*Indicated Booths (#4-10) are along a wall currently being reconstructed -- final door placement will determine where this run of booths breaks for the attendee entrance.
